中转设置请教

平时不需要大流量，电信连甲骨文拉跨，就想用良心轻量中转一下。设置了后出现下面得情况，不成功。来个大佬指导下。 用gost或者宝塔得stream转发都是这样。 > dial tcp xxx:9001: operation was canceled]。
