[经验] Virmach表示永远不会歧视特定国家用户。（除国际制裁）

最近很多人在LET发表歧视中国MJJ言论，他们表示MJJ出征，寸草不生。希望东京新机房到中国路由爆炸绕全球，以减轻对新机房的负担。对此，Virmach发言人表示我们永远不会歧视任何特定国家的用户。但我们会在保证用户隐私的前提下，公平分配带宽，对于滥用行为，我们已经有技术对其进行管理。同时对大流量进出站行为进行管控。最后virmach表示，虽然我们不会歧视特定国家用户，但我们会遵守国际条约，对于被国际制裁国家的用户，我们会采取措施。

We’re never going to restrict users of a specific region.* With that being said, we already have some anti-abuse scripts for network and we’re planning on expanding it to improve the network in the future.

Right now it only detects high bursts that fall in line with inbound and outbound attacks.

We already also receive data on the number of packets and will utilize that moving forward, and already do already use it to some small degree.

If you guys have any suggestions to further improve this, given the limits of our data, let me know. For example, we wouldn’t collect or know what specifically the customer is doing. We would only get inbound and outbound number of packets, and data transfer rate, both ingress/egress. We can identify certain "general" use cases based on traffic patterns such as 扶墙s, outbound attacks, backups, but these are only educated guesses (but still guesses.) Any suggestions would have to keep the user’s privacy in mind and it can only be what we can see external to the VM.

(Edit) *Adding in a disclaimer here, obviously if an entire nation is sanctioned then this changes but even in those cases it’s impossible for us to identify someone’s nationality, especially with 扶墙s.
