- Hello Cody,
-
- Thank you for being our client!
-
- You are receiving this email, because you currently have one or more active services in our Los Angeles location.
-
- As part of our continuous efforts to make our services better every day, and fulfilling our commitment to our customers to offer the most reliable, affordable and performant servers, we will be performing an IPv4 renumbering on one of our subnets in Los Angeles.
-
- We’ve already assigned a new IPv4 to your server and set it as main and we will remove the previous IPv4 on 4th April 2022. If you have any hard-coded configurations, that are bound to the old IPv4, please ensure to change them in a timely manner, before the deadline, to ensure your services are working as expected.
-
- Old IPv4: 85.190.x.y
- New IPv4: 165.140.241.z
-
- Also, please do note that due to you using a KVM service, we are unable to re-configure your VPS with the new IP without rebooting it. If you’d like us to attempt an auto reconfiguration, which includes a reboot (no longer than 1 minute) – please let us know. If you’d like to configure the IPv4 yourself, please use the following configuration:
-
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
- Gateway: 165.140.241.1
-
- Please be advised that we will automatically remove the old IPv4 on 4th April 2022. If you’d like us to remove the old IP sooner – simply respond to this ticket.
-
- Should you have any questions, we remain available to answer all of them!
