ipip的问题，你问绿云？

无语这是你一天内测试的太多了 IPIP把你拉黑了

等一天时间放出黑名单就能显示了，

这本来就是ipip的问题要不你试试worsttrace

很简单等一天就好了。

他的意思是他的网没问题，是你的isp有问题

换个测试脚本就好了

如果真要问，发工单应该这样问：

Why my IP address is banned by a traceroute tools named "BestTrace", which makes its query result show "http:403" error.

跟人家绿云没关系
