| update : we have tested with a raid card but it seems issue is motherboard not detecting this new raid card itself ,we will send a new motherboard to test again .We expect more details due to testing requirements .
We have found that a raid card has failed in this server. We do not know the status of data yet,we will be shipping a new raid card to datacenter . We will try our best to recover data when we receive spare parts . It will take a few days due to holiday season in USA .This page will be updated . if you do not need data backup, just open a support ticket for a new vps setup. Hardware part arrival time is 3rd december, we will know about data only after installing the raid card . |
