Due to unexpected difficulties, we will be canceling the London RAID-10 migration for now. We will offer migration again in the future once we’ve worked things out.
Since your old VM was replaced with the new one on the new RAID-10 platform, I’ve gone ahead and deleted it and reprovisioned a new one for you on our existing London aka "old" storage platform. The same hostname and IP have been retained.
As compensation for the issues faced, I’ve also added 15 days to your service. Please let us know if there’s any further assistance required and we’d be glad to help.
