去年买的eu域名至今没实名，这邮件也不知道什么意思，不会突然把我的域名给扬了吧？

这个实名跟你理解的实名不是一个意思，
你填的那个资料就是实名，你不填就是不实名，你填的假的，那是你自己不老实，出问题责任在你，域名商不会被罚款的

买了之后还得去 eu 注冊商那认证的，不然又被抽查的可能
