loc黑名单增强插件

Discuz 自带的黑名单功能太鸡肋了，即使把一些水逼加入黑名单还是一样能看到主题。
而且回复内容会被折叠，有时还忍不住点开看一眼，结果一看是水逼气个半死。。

所以一位忍无可忍的沙雕“susc”开发了本油猴插件：

  1. 1. 先将要拉黑的用户加入论坛的黑名单列表。例如 “氵氵”

  4. 2. 安装油猴插件
