Some temporary issues may include:
High network packet loss.
Some operating system re-installations not functioning.
Web VNC not functioning.
Slow responsiveness on control panel.
What to do if your networking or OS does not function:
Power off your VPS.
If possible, re-install the OS to an available "Ryzen Compatible" operating system, and wait for service to return online.
Check VNC, if there is a disk error, wait 3 hours and attempt re-installation again.
If OS functions but networking does not function, use the "Reconfigure Networking" button.
If all fails, contact us using the report outage button in the "Priority" department and confirm with us steps you already followed.
If you were also part of the mass migration to this node in early May, please report any data or IP address issues to us in a ticket titled "SJCZ002 migration from <NODENAME>" replacing <NODENAME> with the old node you were located on. If you do not remember the old node name, instead include your old service IP address.
If your service was created on this node after May 15th, 2022, this was a provisioning error. This may have occured if you used the migration function. If you do not feel comfortable being on this node, including any existing customers, we can offer a re-creation without data on available nearby nodes. If you’d like this done, first back up all data, then create a ticket titled "SJCZ002 recreation to nearby location" and confirm in the ticket message that you want all data wiped and service re-created in any nearest location (we do not have enough availability to allow custom location selections for this option at this time.)
