Dear VirMach Customers, We apologize for the extremely long outage with LAKVM26. We were attempting to recover data, and ultimately were unsuccessful. Last week, we have re-created your service on a new node in Los Angeles, on one of our Ryzen host nodes. We’ve also added 6 months to your service’s term length. In many cases, even if your service was terminated for running out of time and being unpaid, it has still been extended and recreated. Please go and check your "services" tab on the billing area and click on your server to view the new details. You can re-install your desired operating system here and receive your service password after the re-installation. If you run into any issues preventing you from using your service, please create a ticket in the "priority" department and mention LAKVM26 in your ticket title. You will not be billed for the priority ticket.
