Yes, there has been issues network wide with connections to China, I’ve been diagnosing and believe the issue is with the Ceranetworks AS4134 NCP connection, we’ve contacted them to hopefully reach a resolution.
工单回复说是上游的问题

the whole network for all servers, looks to be an issue with Ceranetworks’ AS4837 connection.

别的节点今天不知道是不是也有问题
