关于hz账单日的问题

新号昨天注册通过下了2单，一觉睡醒已经出账（之前mjj讨论说新号1-3天出账，老号才是下个月）

3rd of the month

是不是可以理解成xyk，现有和后续订单都将在每月3号出账？
那我最迟可以什么时候付款不存在问题，下个月出账前还是什么时候？
如果可以的话想再等几天再付。
