[疑问] VPS 接收不到UDP 包是什么问题？

我在hostdare 家有两台VPS。
其中一台最近收不到UDP包了。
用iperf3 测试如下

发工单说不是他们的问题, 我用他家的A机器给他家B机器发UDP 包都收不到。都没到外网去，不是被墙了。
系统是CENTOS 6 和 7 我都试过了，防火墙关闭了也不行。

有没有大神指导一下什么原因？他家给我的是抗D线路，是不是这个原因丢弃UDP包？

抗DDOS路线一般都封UDP，不然不好抗啊
