[疑问] 各位大佬，想问一下绿云香港哪个网段ip对大陆友好点

想工单换一个ip，客服回复两个网段：203和192.
有没有知道的大佬给个建议

the IPs are assigned randomly, we cannot provide you with the whole list of IP to test. You may select one of these IP ranges: 203.x.x.x and 192.x.x.x
