Planned in December –
Clamp down on duplicate accounts and re-selling – Mostly chinese these have been causing a mess on the billing system with multiple requests to push, pull, transfer vps or change email ids . Not to mention they also chargeback if rejected has costed us a lot. Duplicate accounts are dealt more strictly now on, with a duplicate account detection plugin.
老板在les论坛上的发言，说中国人push改邮箱争议太多了，以后一刀切禁止改邮箱和push，老板还写了一个自动检测重复账号的插件，想要交易他家的小鸡只能带邮箱出了
Service Transfer section is gone completely in the ToS.
Tos里原来允许的转移服务的条款全部删除了
看来是人工成本太高了，老板也受不了折腾了
