  8. The United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC) has approved payments for distribution to 8,303 successful claimants. Today’s payment is being made following the Governing Council’s decision which extended the payment mechanism set out by the Governing Council in its decision under which up to $2.5 Billion from the Compensation Fund have been made available for the payment of claims every quarter. In the present round of payment, all newly approved claims, i.e. claimants approved for payment at the eighty-sixth session, will receive $5.5M each of the principal amount of the award.

In light of the studied intelligence reports forwarded to us by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S Department of Treasury on all payment transactions of the UNCC Settlements and Allied matters, further discovery from the United Nations Compensation Commission Tax Force (UNCCTF) shows that your due payment valuation of Five Million and Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars has been unjustly treated.

The Governing Council monitors the distribution of payments to claimants by the relevant **s and international organizations. **s and international organizations are obligated to distribute funds to successful claimants expeditiously and to report to the Commission on payments made to claimants. Any funds undistributed to claimants by **s and international organizations within two months of receiving payment notification shall be returned to the Commission.
