Without data option for that doesn’t work for specials. It only works for regular plans right now. I also don’t know if it can work with Ryzen, I’m speaking with our developer. It may be possible to take our new code from the new Ryzen migrate button and morph them together, and allow free without data with available, and if not available, do it for $3, and do with data for $5.
