We have information indicating that you may be in violation of section 7 of Cloudflare’s Self-Serve Subscription Agreement, which prohibits use of the service by any party subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List).

If you believe this complaint to be in error, you may respond with additional information about your account or its ownership. Notably, to assist us in confirming that the individual listed in the billing information is not a match to the SDN List, which may involve a common name for an individual, we request that you use the following link to safely upload a copy of the passport or other **-issued ID which contains full name and date of birth for the individual listed in your Cloudflare account – [****] – as well as a photo of you that demonstrates you holding your identifying documents. We will only use this information to confirm that the account is not associated with the individual that is listed on the US SDN List. Please click on the following link to provide your information.
