联通炸裂，问啥时候能恢复，工单的意思是他们没有所有权，线路好坏无法保证，看 cf 心情。。。

Like sPro packet loss for Chinese direction.

There might be congestion between the peering of GTT/ATT <> CU (AS4837)
Cloudflare is using GTT/ATT as IP Transit to connect with CU(AS4837)

Also, it could happen between AS4134 <> Cloudflare
